Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
By creating an account or using LeadHunt, you agree to these terms.
The service
LeadHunt finds publicly listed businesses, collects their public contact details and drafts outreach messages for you. We do not send messages on your behalf: you review and send every message yourself, from your own accounts.
Your responsibilities
- Send honest, relevant messages and identify yourself clearly.
- Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in the EU/UK).
- Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you use (Instagram, Gmail and others), including their limits on messaging. Sending too many messages too quickly can get your accounts restricted.
- Do not use LeadHunt for harassment, scams, spam or any illegal purpose.
- Do not try to bypass usage limits, scrape LeadHunt, or share your account.
Plans and limits
Free accounts include a weekly lead limit, which we may change. Paid plans, when offered, will show their price and limits before you buy.
Accuracy
Business information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. AI-written drafts may contain mistakes, so check each message before you send it. LeadHunt does not guarantee replies, clients or income.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LeadHunt running, but the service is provided “as is” and may change, pause or stop. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, LeadHunt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use the information and drafts it provides.
