Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
LeadHunt (“we”, “us”) helps freelancers find businesses to work with. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect about you
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Profile details you enter: your skills, offer, target market, portfolio link, price range and message style.
- Your tracker: the leads you save, their status, your notes and the messages you edit.
- Usage: the searches you run (business type, city and number of results), used to apply weekly limits.
Information about businesses
Leads are built only from publicly available business information: Google Maps listings, search results and each business's own public website (for example a contact email or a link to its Instagram page). We do not log in to or collect data from private social media accounts.
How we use information
- To run the service: find leads, write message drafts and show your tracker.
- To send you login emails.
- To prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run LeadHunt, who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase (login and database)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Serper.dev (business search results)
- Google Gemini and/or Anthropic Claude (writing message drafts; lead and profile details are sent to write each message)
- Our email provider (login emails)
Your choices
- You can edit your profile and delete any lead at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and all its data by emailing arshquazi68@gmail.com.
- Businesses that want their information removed from LeadHunt can email arshquazi68@gmail.com.
Data retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request. Data is stored with access controls so each user can only see their own leads.
